About Us

Carla Scofield

Carla Scofield, our founder, holds a master's degree in Historic Preservation, a certification in Historic Property Management from the National Preservation Institute, and has a proven track record as a Realtor, architectural historian, and the former administrative director of the Oakland Heritage Alliance. Her extensive background in vintage and antiques, interior design, communications, and project management ensures meticulous attention to detail and a client-focused approach.

John Scofield

Carla Scofield

Co-founder John Scofield, a renown craftsman and carpenter with decades of experience working on high-end historic homes and mansions, brings hands-on expertise to the restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and remodling of historic structures. Both he and Carla are members of the Victorian Alliance of San Francisco, the Art Deco Society of California, and several other organizations celebrating local artistic and cultural resources.
